Mercedes Benz CLS is Irish Executive / Premium Car of the Year

The Mercedes Benz CLS has been named Best Large Crossover of the Year at the 2019 Irish Car of the Year awards, in association with Continental Tyres.
The Mercedes Benz CLS is equipped with the company’s ‘Intelligent Drive’ system as well as a range of driver assist technology including Blind Spot Assist, Active Distance Assist, Head Up Display and AIR Body Control, while the car also features the ‘Mercedes me connect’ system.
The Mercedes Benz CLS came out on top of a category that included other Executive / Premium contenders such as the Audi A6, Audi A7, Audi A8, BMW 6 Series GT, Kia Stinger – GT Line, Lexus LS 500h and Volvo V60.
The award for 2019 Executive / Premium Car of the Year was presented at this evening’s Irish Car of the Year awards, which took place at the Gibson Hotel, Dublin.
